16 serving Reese Large Pearl Tapioca (1 TBSP) (by LISDAWOP)
1.7 cup Canned Goods: Thai Kitchen Organic Coconut Milk (13.66 oz can)
2 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
6 tsp Granulated Sugar
6 tsp lakanto sugar free monkfruit baking sweetener, 1 tsp, sugar alcohol removed only (by VZUBROD)
Directions
2cups water
1 cup large pearl tapioca
1 whole can coconut milk
Mix in microwave safe bowl and microwave in 2-4 min. increments with stirring in between.
Once pearls start to turn clear, add sugar/monk fruit and any other flavors such as vanilla. Continue to cook in small increments with stirring in between until pearls are fully translucent.
