Ingredients

    1 pkg sugar free jello-o any flavor
    1/4 cup heavy whipping cream

Directions

In med. size bowl combine jello-o with 1 cup boiling water. Stir for at least 1 min. until powder is fully dissolved. Add 3/4 c cold water and refrigerate for at least 15 to 20 min. to cool.
add cream to jello and blend well using a whip.
Pour mixture in four individual serving containers.
Cover with lid or plastic wrap. Chill for a least 1 to 2 hrs till set. Cream will rise to the top, forming two layers.

    Very Good
    This dessert is very easy and a great tasting low carb dessert. I used peach jell-o when I made it for the first time. I will make it again and can't wait to try other flavors of jello. - 7/30/08
