Ingredients

    3 Perdue Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage
    2 cups Barrilla Plus Elbow Macaroni
    1 can Tomato Soup
    2 cups Tomato Sauce
    1 clove of garlic, smashed and minced
    1 summer (yellow) squash finely minced or shredded
    1/4cup finely minced artichoke hearts
    1/4c shredded part skim mozzarella cheese

Directions

Remove sausage from the casing. Brown in a pan lightly sprayed with pam cooking spray. Add finely chopped or shredded squash and artichoke hearts and garlic. Season to taste if needed. Add soup, tomato sauce. Stir well to combine. Add cooked pasta. Transfer to baking dish sprayed with pam. Sprinkle cheese on top and place in oven to heat and melt cheese.
