    1.5 pounds ground lean beef or turkey
    .5 cup chunky salsa
    1 egg white or egg sub.
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp dried oregano
    3/4 tsp ground cumin
    3/4 tsp salt
    1 cup shredded fat free chedder cheese


1. Preheat oven to 35 degrees. Spray a 4x8 loaf pan with canola oil nonstick spray.

2. Combine meat, .25 cup of the salsa, the egg, chili powder, oregano, cumin, and salt in a large bowl, mixing just until blended. Move halv to the baking pan. Top with cheese,leaving a 1/2 inch border along the dge. Spoone the remaining mixture over the cheese. Spread the top with the remaining 1/4 cup of salsa. Bake for 65-70 min. Let stand about 5 min. before cutting into 6 slices. You could also split it into 6 mini loaves and cook for 40-45 min.
