    4 oz ground turkey
    1/4 green pepper finely chopped
    1/4 C mushrooms, finey sliced
    1/4 egg
    1/2 tbsp dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tbsp ketchup
    1 tsp dried onion flakes
    1/2 tsp cajun seasoning
    1/4 tsp garlic powder
    hamburger bun


Heat broiler. Spray broiler pan with nonstick spray.
In a large bowl, mix together turkey, green pepper, mushrooms, egg, bread crumbs, ketchup, minced onion, cajun seasoning and garlic powder. Form into burger. Place burger on the prepared broiler pan and broil for about 5 minutes per side. Serve on bun, or for lower carbs, on a whole wheat pita, with lettuce, tomato, red onion.
