Ingredients

    1 box long grain and wild rice
    1 pkg frozen chopped broccoli; prepared as directed
    1/2 can chicken broth
    1 can chopped mushrooms. rinsed and drained
    1 can water chestnuts, rinsed and drained
    1 cup nonfat shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Prepare the rice as directed on package.
Add the cooked broccoli, mushrooms, water chestnuts, and chicken broth to the rice mixture.
Add seasoning and cheese. Spoon into a casserole dish that's been sprayed w/ Pam.
Bake at 350 for 30-35 min. covered. Remove cover the last 10 min.
