Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
    2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw
    1 1/2 lbs. Chicken Breast
    3 medium bell pepper
    2 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp cumin powder
    1/4 tsp Ground Cayenne Pepper
    1 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
    1 tsp Paprika
    2 medium tomatoes
    4 oz diced green chilis, 1can

Tips

Once vegetables and chicken are prepped, the cooking is fast and easy.


Directions

Heat a large skillet and melt oil. Add the sliced peppers and onions and cook until tender. Remove from pan. Add chicken strips and seasonings. Cook until no longer pink in the center. Add the tomatoes and green chilis. Add the onions and pepper strips and mix well. Serve in wonder wraps to keep it an "S" or low carb tortilla. Better yet - just keep it in a bowl.
