Introduction

This is an ultra slimming meal that is fast to make. Can be eaten as an E, S, or FP: E as is with an optional side salad or wonder wrap, S by reducing beans to 1 can or leaving the beans out and adding more coconut oil; top with avocado or guacamole. Ingredients

    4 -6 pieces of Mahi Mahi fish (approx. 24 oz)
    2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
    1 tsp chili powder
    1 tsp onion powder
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 tsp smoked paprika
    1/2 tsp sea salt
    2 cup seasoning blend frozen veggies
    1/2 head, medium cabbage, fresh thinly sliced,
    or 1 pkg coleslaw mix
    3 cup black beans, cooked,
    or 2 cans black beans
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
    4 tbsp lime Juice
    1/4 cup cilantro leaves

Directions

In a large skillet, heat oil. Mix the first five seasonings in a small bowl. Sprinkle 1/2 of seasonings on one side of the fish. Place in hot skillet. Spread remaining seasoning on the other side of the fish. Once fish is flaky and white, remove from skillet. Place seasoning blend, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes in hot skillet. Add beans, and coleslaw mix or thinly sliced cabbage to pan and toss for 3 min. Then add cilantro leaves and lime juice.
