So, how big a can of salmon? 6 oz? 14 oz? I'm also having a bit of trouble with a tablespoon of pepper in this recipe. Can than possibly be right? Thanks for clarifying! - 7/26/08

Hey, sorry I wasn't clear... 12 oz cans and 1 tbsp of ground black pepper mixed well in to the blend. I hope you enjoy them. There's allot of fluid because of the zucchini so be sure to squeeze the patties before placing them on the skillet.
