Ingredients

    1 serving Apple - Honeycrisp, medium
    1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long) Banana, fresh
    2 tbsp *Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)
    2 serving Tera's Whey - Bourbon Vanilla 1 serving = 2 scoops (by POPPY1984)
    1 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
    1 cup Silk cashew milk unsweetened
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Pumpkin Pie spice
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    2 cup zucchini zoodles

Directions

Reserve Cinnamon and sugar
Shred or slice thin apple and 1 zucchini.
Add all ingredients in a ziplock bag and squish together.
Let rest 10 minutes. Then pour mixture into a rectangular cake pan which has been sprayed with nonstick spray. sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, bake at 375f for 30 minutes or until firm.
