Number of Servings: 15


    2 cups all purpose flour
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar mix
    1/4 cup butter, unsalted

    1 large egg
    1/4 cup egg whites
    1 cup milk
    6 drops Sweetzfree

    I small can crushed pineapple, drained.


Prepare muffin cups. In food processor mix dry ingredients, then cut in butter. Can keep overnight.
In large jug beat eggs. Add milk and Sweetzfree and beat.. Can keep overnight in fridge. Drain pineapple well and keep.
Preheat oven to 400. Add pineapple to liquids and mix. Add liquids to flour and mix. Spoon mix into cups, bake at 400 for 20-25 min.

Serving Size: Makes 15 muffins
