    1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 cup King Arthur 100% Unbleached White Whole Wheat Flour
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    0.5 tsp Salt (table) (by CYNDYY1)
    1.5 tsp Cinnamon, ground
    0.5 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    0.5 cup Equate Granular No Calorie Sweetener with Sucralose (by CHIRUKEN)
    1 cup Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt
    0.5 cup Lucerne skim milk (by PARCHIECA)
    2 serving 1 Egg- large, fresh

Preheat oven to 350.
Combine flours, baking power, salt, spices and sweetener (or sugar) in a large bowl. Add the sweet potato, milk and eggs and stir until combined. Add water if needed (the dough is stiff).
Spray muffin tins, distribute dough evenly, bake 18-20 minutes.
