    1 dash Pepper, black
    1 dash Salt
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    300 Onions, raw
    180 gram(s) bramley apples
    1 serving Knorr Chicken stock cube
    150 grammes Soft cheese, reduced fat, Waitrose
    350 Boneless Pork Sirloin Steak
    150 grams Shallots


Add cider with stock if required.


Fry onions and shallots for five minutes.
Heat up. Add pork, fry for two minutes.
Heat down. Add apple, stock and seasoning.
Simmer for 40 minutes.
Heat to low, add soft cheese.
When cheese all incorporated, serve with carrots and new potatoes crushed with spring onions.
