    2 tbsp Chili powder
    3 tsp Garlic
    1 large Onions, raw
    0.25 cup Tomato Paste
    1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers)
    1 tbsp *McCormick ground cumin
    1.50 cup Beef Broth - Swanson Low Sodium
    0.25 tsp Cayenne Pepper (Ground)
    16 oz Purdue Ground Chicken Lean
    20 oz Rotel Original (1 can = 10oz)
    425 grams Beans, black
    425 grams Chickpeas (garbanzo beans)


Brown the ground chicken (or ground turkey) dice the pepper and onion. Drain beans. Combine all ingredients into the Instant Pot, stir well and set it for 6 minutes at high pressure. When finished allow for a 10 minute slow release.
Add brown rice for a healthy option. I also like to use a little sharp cheddar cheese on the top of my serving with a tablespoon of plain nonfat yogurt (makes a good sour cream substitute).

Serving Size:�Makes 8 servings of about 1 & 1/2 cups.
