Ingredients

    24.0 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    0.5 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    2.0 serving Schmidt 647 Italian Bread
    1.0 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    10.0 serving Heinz, One Carb Reduced Sugar Tomato Ketchup, 1 Tbsp
    10.0 tsp or 1 packet Yellow Mustard

Directions

Mix all ingredients together. Place in glass pan that is greased. Bake at 375 for 35 mins.
