Ingredients

    6 oz of John Soules Beef Fajitas (Frozen section at Sams) precooked meat
    1 medium onion
    1 small can sliced mushrooms or fresh if you prefer
    1 teaspoon chopped garlic- I buy in the jar prechopped.
    Soy Sauce approximately 5 TBS.
    1 large fresh broccoli or 2 small bunches of broccoli spears fresh

Directions

Wash and chop broccoli into medium pieces, I prefer the 2 small bunches of the broccoli tops then cut up one medium onion, and put in non-stick skillet. (You can spray with pan but it is not necessary) Add garlic, mushrooms and soy sauce. Stir fry on medium high heat; until it is the texture you prefer, or about 6-7 minutes.
This makes a good skillet full and I usually eat 1/2 and save the rest for lunch next day.
