Introduction

This is a little different version of the tortilla pizzas out there. This is a little different version of the tortilla pizzas out there.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 whole wheat tortilla
    1 teaspoon olive oil
    1/4 cup chopped broccoli
    1 tablespoon chopped onion
    1 oz. crumbled feta cheese
    1/4 cup shredded fat free mozzarella cheese

Directions

1. Line a cookie sheet or pizza pan with parchment or spray with non-stick spray.
2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
3. Brush each side of the tortilla lightly with olive oil with a pastry brush.
4. Sprinkle tortilla with broccoli, onion, feta and finish with mozzarella.
5. Bake for 8-10 minutes until tortilla begins to become crispy and cheese it melted and toasty.
6. Remove tortilla to cutting board with spatula and cut into mini-pizza slices.
7. This makes a great appetizer or serve one tortilla pizza as one serving for a meal.
