    1.5 cup MIlk, Prairie Farms 2% Milk
    2 1tsp Canola Oil
    .25 cup Granulated Sugar
    .667 tbsp Honey
    1.25 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    1.25 cup Yellow Cornmeal
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder
    .25 tsp Salt
    .75 cup Blueberries, fresh
    1 tbsp lemon zest
