Introduction

Ingredients

    3/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar, Bragg's Organic
    2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
    2 tbsp Wright's hickory seasoning liquid smoke
    2 tbsp Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos Garlic Sauce
    1/4 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1/4 cup Pure Via All Natural Zero Calorie Sweetener
    1 tsp Onion powder
    1 tsp Garlic powder
    1 tsp Chili powder
    1 tsp Paprika
    1 tsp Cinnamon, ground

Tips

You can replace the brown sugar with more sugar substitute if you wish to lower the sugar count. That will also lower the potassium counts.


Directions

Mix wet ingredients and use as marinade for ribs. Mix dry ingredients together and coat ribs when ready to cook. Put coated ribs into Crisper rack, and pour marinate into bottom of pot. Cook under pressure for 30 minutes and release steam slowly. Remove steam lid and Air-Fry for an additional 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Enough for a rack of ribs and more
