Ingredients

    1/4 tsp. Garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Onion powder
    1 tsp. Paprika (Use 1/2 smoked paprika if desired)
    1/2 tsp. Himalayan Pink Sea Salt
    1.5 tsp. Brown and Spicy Mustard
    1 Tbsp. Coconut Liquid Amino (Braggs)
    1 tsp. Anchovy paste
    4 ounce jar Pimiento - chopped, well drained
    1 cup Avocado Oil Mayonnaise (Sir Kensington)
    8 oz. Extra Sharp Cheddar Cheese (Kroger)
    8 oz Vermont Extra Sharp White Cheddar (Private Selection)

Tips

Check cheese packages, and coconut amino label, to choose the lowest carb options.


Directions

Shred cheeses together using food processor. In large bowl, place shredded cheeses and well-drained pimento.
In small bowl, top mayonnaise with spices and coconut aminos. Stir well to combine.
Add mayonnaise to bowl with cheeses and pimientos. Stir gently with wooden spoon.
Chill before serving for several hours to meld flavors.
