Ingredients

    1.0 cup All purpose flour*
    0.75 cup Granulated Sugar*
    2.0 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened*
    2.0 tsp Baking Powder*
    0.25 tsp Salt*
    0.5 cup Milk, nonfat (skim milk)
    2.0 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    1.0 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1.0 cup, unpacked Brown Sugar
    0.25 cup Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    1.75 cup (8 fl oz) Water, HOT

Directions

Preheat over to 350°. In the 9x13 pyrex dish mix the first 5 ingredients*. Then add the milk, vegetable oil and vanilla stirring with a fork until well mixed. Spread evenly in the pyrex dish. Spread evenly the brown sugar and 1/4c of cocoa over the previous mixture. Do NOT mix. Add the hot water evenly over mixture. Do NOT stir. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes. Let it cool for 15 min and enjoy with vanilla ice cream.

Serving Size: Makes a thin layer in a 9×13 Pyrex
