    16 oz Chicken Breast, ground (by PLIEN33)
    16 oz Turkey, ground turkey breast - Honeysuckle 99% fat free
    2 cup hunt's fire roasted diced tomatoes
    4 tbsp Basil
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    3 clove Garlic
    1 tsp Mrs. Dash (R) Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend
    1 tsp Oregano, ground
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    2 oz Spinach - Dole Baby Spinach


you can add gluten free bread crumbs if you want to bind it better


chop onions very small, chop basil, mince garlic, drain the tomatoes(save the juice for stock), chop basil very fine, scramble eggs in a different bowl. Add all to the meat and mix well. The mix is very wet so be careful forming the meatballs. Put them on non stick aluminum foil and bake for approximately 20 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste after cooked.
