I wanted to find a smoothie that would fill me up as well as be a dessert to help when I was wanting something sweet. I wanted to find a smoothie that would fill me up as well as be a dessert to help when I was wanting something sweet.

Ingredients

    Lucerne Low Fat French Vanilla Yogurt, .5 cup
    Banana, fresh, 1 small (6" to 6-7/8" long)
    Jello Chocolate Fat Free Pudding (Dry Mixture), 10 gram(s)
    Kraft Peanut Butter (Smooth), 1 tbsp or you could try Nutella
    6 ice cubes

Directions

Blend all ingredients together, pour into cup and enjoy.
