    1 lb (approx. 6-7) O Organics Red Potatoes, cubed
    2 tbsp Wegman's Organic Zesty Italian Vinaigrette
    1/4 cup O Organics Worcestershire Sauce
    1/2 lb O Organics Carrots, sliced into thick coins or sticks
    2 lbs Organic boneless Beef chuck, arm pot roast
    1medium Organic Yellow Onion, chopped
    2 Bay Leaves
    1- 28 oz. can of Wegman's Organic Crushed Tomatoes in Puree
    1 Tbsp Organic Better Than Bouillon Roasted Beef Base


Place Italian dressing in the bottom of pressure cooker insert and swirl to coat. Mix together Worcestershire sauce, bouillon base, and tomatoes. Pour into insert. Nestle meat into sauce Cover with potatoes, carrots, onions, and bay leaves. Set to 99-it if you have a Pressure Pro or set high pressure for 45 minutes (meat cut into 4 small pieces) up to 90 minutes (meat left whole) in Instant Pot. Can be made in Crock Pot on low for 8 hours.
