Ingredients

    16.0 oz Ground beef, lean
    3.0 small Peppers, sweet, red, fresh
    1.0 small Onions, raw
    0.5 cup Mushrooms, canned
    6.0 slice (1 oz) Swiss Cheese
    3.0 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning

Directions

Slice peppers into strips and dice or cut the onion into strips. Brown the ground with steak seasoning beef and remove. Remove the fat only leaving about a tablespoon or enough to coat the bottom of the pan. Add in peppers , onions and mushrooms. Once the peppers are soft add the beef back in and stir to combine. Set to low heat and add the cheese on top and cover to allow it to melt. Then serve by itself or with a carb if you wish
