    Patty mix:
    1 pound ground turkey or chicken (soy-free)
    0.5 tsp salt
    .25 tsp garlic powder
    .25 tsp onion powder
    .25 italian seasoning
    a few shakes of dried thyme

    Breading Recipe:
    1 egg, beaten
    .25 cup arrowroot powder
    2 Tbsp golden flaxseed meal
    2 Tbsp nutritional yeast flakes

    For frying:
    2 tbsp Primal Kitchen - Avocado Oil
    1 tablespoon Carrington Farms - Ghee, organic

    2-3 zucchini, spiralized
    1 jar marinara of choice


Mix all patty ingredients together and form into two flat ovals. In three separate bowls, arrange the breading ingredients with: arrowroot in the first bowl, beaten egg in the second bowl, and flaxseed meal mixed with yeast in the third bowl. Coat each patty in arrowroot, dip in the egg, then coat in the yeast & flaxseed mix. Place breaded patties into the a pan with the ghee & oil, frying until golden on both sides - place fried patties in oven to finish cooking: patties are finished when internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

To make the pasta: spiralize desired number of zucchini, add to saucepan with jar of marinara, and cook until tender.

Serve chicken or turkey patties on top of zoodles & marinara
