    1/4 package of van pudding, SF FF
    1/3 cup skim milk
    3/4 cup egg beater
    1/2 cup applesauce
    1 1/4 cup water
    1 chocolate cake mix, reduced sugar
    2 packs oreo thin crisps
    1/2 tub cool whip free
    1/2 can vanilla icing, reduced sugar
    2 tbsp sugar free chocolate syrup
    pam cooking spray, fat free


preheat oven to 350 degrees F. mix cake mix, applesauce, egg beater, and water. beat for 2 minutes on high. spray two round pans with pam. pour batter into pan and bake for 30 minutes. while baking, beat pudding mix with milk. allow to set for two minutes. add cool whip. beat for 2 minutes. set aside. in food processor, blend oreos until coarse. reserve a few tablespoons. add remaining oreo to cool whip mixture. refrigerate for at least one hour to set. when cakes done, flip one onto serving dish and the other on a plate. when cook, spread cool whip on top of first cake. top with second cake. ice with frosting. top with syrup. sprikile remaining oreos on top. makes 12 slices.
