If you want to reduce the sodium use reduced sodium bacon and use fresh potatoes instead of canned, but you will have to pre-cook the potatoes before the bacon and onions. Ingredients

    Bacon, 4 medium slices
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Canned Diced White Potatoes, 2.25 cup
    Creamed Corn, 1.66 cup
    Yogurt, plain, low fat, .5 cup
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup

Directions

In a medium saucepan, heat chunks of bacon (I snip 1" squares off with kitchen shears) and chopped onion until the onion looks 'clear'. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer on medium heat but do not boil. Ready to eat when hot! Refrigerate all unused portions immediately.
