    2 serving Wild Selections Solid Light Tuna
    1 serving Avocado Haas 1 large avacado
    1 cup Parsley
    1 oz onions, raw, purple/red (1 slice)
    2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    1 tbsp Lemon juice
    1 tbsp Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar


Put tuna, avocado lemon juice and vinegar in a bowl and mash until creamy. Add finely chopped red onion, and celery and parsley mix well.

Serving Size: Makes 3 3/4 cup servings.
