Ingredients

    16 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast
    2 cup, chopped Swiss Chard
    3 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw
    4 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw
    2 tbsp Soy Sauce
    1 tsp Turmeric, ground
    2 1tsp Olive Oil
    1 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch

Directions

Cube chicken.
Cut carrots and celery on a diagonal.
Simmer the carrots in water until mostly soft.
Remove from pan.
Put oil in pan over a high heart.
Add chicken and stir to brown on sides.
Add all other ingredients except corn starch.
Stir together and cook until soft.
Add corn starch and stir until sauce thickens.
Serve over rice or lentils.
Top with toasted sesame seeds.
