Introduction

Ingredients

    18 cup Chicken Broth Water-Homemade salt free (by INUNISON)
    1 tbsp Olive Oil
    1 large Onion, diced
    2 cup, diced celery stems and leaves
    4 clove Garlic, minced
    2 large Mushrooms, sliced
    2 cup Beans, navy
    .5 tsp, crumbled Bay Leaf
    .5 tsp Oregano, ground
    .25 tsp Pepper, black

Directions

Soak beans overnight or boil until mostly soft.
Heat oil in saute or fry pan.
Cook all vegetables in oil until soft.
Combine all ingredients in a large stock pot and enjoy!
