Ingredients

    1 cup Oats, Quaker (1 cup dry oats)
    3 serving 5 Grain Rolled Whole Grain Hot Cereal - Bob's Red Mill
    .5 cup, packed Brown Sugar
    1 tsp Baking Powder
    1 tsp Nutmeg, ground
    .25 cup, chopped Pecans
    1.5 cup Dairy, Milk - Whole - 1 cup
    4 oz Motts unsweetened Applesauce
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    4 serving Fresh Lemon Peel / Zest, raw, 1 tsp (by CHUCKLES07)
    1.25 cup Blueberries, fresh
    4 tbsp Nestle Toll House premier white morsels (by SKUTZIE)

Directions

Mix wet and dry ingredients separately, and then together. Fold in blueberries and morsels. Pour into greased 9x9 inch baking dish. Baked at 350 for 45 to 60 minutes, until browned on top and firm, oatmeal will pull away from sides. Let stand for 5 minutes before cutting.
