Introduction

All I can say is yummy! This dish is fast, easy, tasty and satisfies that need for pasta without the pasta! All I can say is yummy! This dish is fast, easy, tasty and satisfies that need for pasta without the pasta!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

2 medium Carrots, raw use vegetable peeler to make thin noodles
1 serving Crab Delights Louis Kemp 8 oz package
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
1 tsp (.3 tbsp) Extra Virgin Olive Oil optional
    3 serving Garlic, minced
    1 small Onions, chopped
    2 tbsp Fresh Parsley
    2 tbsp Fresh Basil
    4 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
    1 tsp Oregano, ground

Tips

This is great as a cold salad too. Cook up the dish, add pasta and Parmesan cheese. Refrigerate and serve cold. A few pickles would go well with it cold.

Directions

Dice onions. Place in non-stick pan with the butter and oil and saute with dash of salt on medium low heat.
Using vegetable peeler, peel carrot noodles with both carrots.
When onions are a little tender, add them to the pan.
While cooking mince the garlic fine.
Fry the noodles and carrots until they are cartelized. Use a little dash of sugar over the carrots while frying to help with caramelization.
Add the garlic and fry that in well one minute.
Add the package of sea sticks or if you prefer you can use fish here.
(I like walleye)
Season fish with oregano, parsley, basil, pepper. Do not salt as the sea sticks are very salty. If using fish definitely salt and season it.
Fry the fish until it gets done, nice and hot and a little color.
Serve immediately and toss it with Parmesan cheese.
Enjoy.

Serving Size: 2 servings or half of the pan
