Ingredients

    4 serving Broth, chicken: College Inn, Light & Fat Free, 50% less Sodium, Chicken Broth, 1 cup/serv
    16 oz box of dry: (6 cup cups cooked) Great Value Penne Pasta - Whole Wheat
    2 tbsp Butter, unsalted
    .75 cup Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A
    1.75 cup *Kraft Natural Cheese Fat Free Shredded Cheddar

Directions

1. Add 2 TBS of butter to power pot. Turn on Browning setting. Add 4 cups broth or water, until it comes to a boil. Cancel brown setting.
2. Add 1# (16 oz) uncooked whole wheat pasta. Cover pot with lid and seal. Shut off steam valve. Set power cooker for 5”. Then allow to steam for 5 minutes.
3. Remove lid. Add 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup milk. Stir. Add 1: 7 Oz pkg of shredded fat free Cheddar. Stir. Allow to sit on “keep warm “ until served, or transfer to serving casserole.
4. Store left overs in refrigerator or freeze. Can reheat serving in micRowave.
