    16 oz 90/10 Ground Beef Sirloin
    1/2 large Onion, chopped
    1 can (12 oz) yield Yellow Sweet Corn
    1.25 cup green bean= 1 can
    1.25 cup Peas and carrots, frozen
    2.25 cup Beef gravy (canned, bottled, or homemade)
    1/2 tsp Kosher Salt (by 65PLUS1)
    1/2 tsp Pepper, black
    24 oz mashed potatoes (store-bought or homemade)


Substitute ground chicken, turkey, pork, or even fresh fish for a totally different flavor. Change the flavor of the gravy to match the protein.


PREHEAT oven to 325

COOK ground beef and onion, breaking up the beef until no longer pink. Transfer to a large bowl.

TO the bowl add all the remaining ingredients, except the potatoes. Stir to combine and transfer to a greased/sprayed casserole dish.

TOP with potatoes.

BAKE for 50-60 minutes until bubbly and the top of the potatoes begin to brown.
