Introduction

Ingredients

    8 serving Barilla - Ditalini Pasta (2 oz. serving)
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup, diced Celery, raw
    12 serving Pork: Bacon, broiled or pan fried (1 slice)
    113 grams Pimentos
    1 cup, chopped or diced Dill Pickles
    2 cup Mayonnaise, regular (mayo)
    1 tsp Horseradish
    1 tsp French's Classic Yellow Mustard
    1 tbsp Dill Pickle juice (by JOTERESA)
    6 oz Milk, Evaporated, Non-Fat, Carnation (12 oz can) (by SUSUSUZZZIE)

Tips

I use nonfat evaporated milk because my husband is allergic to milk fat.


Directions

Cook macaroni, drain, rinse and drain again. Put into large bowl with veggies, bacon, eggs, and diced cheese (if using).
Blend together mayo, horseradish, mustard, pickle juice and milk. This mixture should be kind of soupy. Pour over macaroni mixture. Season with salt & pepper. Stir well. Cover and chill 4 to 6 hours.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 one-cup servings
