    2 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    8 tbsp Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened
    2 tsp Baking Soda
    1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    8 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil
    1 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    2.5 cup, sliced Zucchini
    3 oz Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla
    .3 cup Butter, salted
    1.5 cup Granulated Sugar
    16 tbsp Chocolate, Nestle Real Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour a 913 pan.

combine flour, cocoa powder and baking soda. In a separate bowl, Combine oil, sugar, egg and vanilla. Add the flour mixture to the sugar mixture and stir well. (It will appear quite dry). Gently stir in the zucchini and spread the mixture into your prepared pan.

Bake 25-30 minutes.


While cake is cooling, combine butter, milk and sugar in a small pan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Allow to boil vigorously for 30 seconds. Remove from heat and stir in chocolate chips. Immediately pour over warm brownies. Let cool completely before cutting.

Serving Size: 1 brownie - 16 pieces per 8x8 pan
