Ingredients

    3 fluid ounce Espresso (decaf)
    3 oz fluid espresso
2 tbsp Coffee Mate French Vanilla Sugar free liquid creamer
6 ounces of Premier Protein Caramel Shake
3 cup (8 fl oz) ice
    Water to fill to top

    More ice as desired

Tips

If you like to make your own espresso - a frother that is a pitcher with a magnetic base is so wonderful to have. Also - I like just a moka pot to make my espresso in.

Directions

Put 2 TBS of Starbucks Blonde Espresso and 2 TBS of dark roasted decaffeinated espresso in a 6 ounce moka pot and make six ounces of espresso . Set Aside
Froth 6 ounces of cold Premier Protein Caramel Shake - I use a magnetic frother pitcher.
Fill a quart jar with ice cubes
Slowly add the espresso over the ice cubes being careful that the glass jar does not crack from a fast heat increase.
Add the 2 TBS of sugar free liquid creamer
Stir. Add enough water or more ice for the jar to be about 3/4 full.
Add the frothed caramel protein shake to the jar. Taste and adapt recipe to be stronger with more espresso to taste.
