Ingredients

    10 cup, strips Green Peppers (bell peppers)
    16 oz 80/20 ground beef chuck
    1 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    6 tsp Garlic
    1 cup Tomato Sauce
    2 cup Cauliflower Rice - Costco
    2 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Brown meat onions and garlic. Add tomato sauce, rice and cheese.

Remove tops, seeds and membranes of peppers. Boil them for five minutes.

Fill peppers and bake 400 degrees for 12-20 minutes.
