Ingredients

    4 tbsp Breakstone Fat Free Sour Cream
    4 ounces Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted
    4 tbsp Olives, Mario sliced black olives
    1 serving Sargento Reduced Fat Mexican Cheese (1/4 cup)
    0.50 cup RO TEL No Salt Added Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
    2 serving taco shell, Old El Paso, Stand 'N Stuff 2 taco shells

Directions

Cut chicken into strips or chunks. Warm or cook chicken in taco (chicken preferred) spice mix and water (as directed on package). Divide chicken into Taco's and warm for 5 minutes in 350 oven. Remove from oven and put Taco's together using listed toppings. Add any commercial Taco sauce as there are very low calories in them. Lettuce and onion can also be used as toppings with no real calorie gain.
