Ingredients

    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 1 clove
    Chicken Broth, 2.5 cup
    Broccoli, frozen, 3 cups
    Cheddar Cheese, 3 oz
    Astro Original Balkan Style Plain Yogurt 6% M.F., 0.5 cup
    Hot Pepper Sauce, 0.5 tsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, .5 tsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp

Directions

In medium saucepan spray cooking spray and heat onions and garlic until the onions begin to turn clear. Add the chicken broth and 2 cups of broccoli. Boil until broccoli is tender. Add can of potatoes. Steam remaining cup of broccoli separately.

Put mixture through blender in batches if necessary, then return to pot adding steamed broccoli and remaining ingredients.

Serve immediately.

Serves 4-6 depending on whether it's a course or the whole meal!

*If reheating the soup at a later time, do not boil as it may curdle.
