    1 serving Ground Chicken Breast, Perdue, 4 oz cooked (by KEN1962)
    64 gram Zuchinni, fresh, raw
    .25 cup, chopped Onions, raw
    .25 cup Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk
    .5 oz Bel Gioioso - Fresh Mozzarella
    1 tbsp Italian Seasoning (SPICE) (by CURVES_N_CURLS)
    0.25 cup Vegetables: Hunt's Canned Diced Tomatoes with Basil, Garlic & Oregano (by CD10580175)

Directions

Microwave pepper or steam till crispness is gone.
In skillet med. sautee sausage and chicken, with seasoning.
Food process (L grate) zuke and small onion.
Add to meat sautee till 2-3 mins.
Stir ricotta into meat mix.
chunck fresh Mozz cheese, stir into meat mix
Stir in tomatoes.
Stuff pepper
cook at 350 20 min
add fresh or shredded mozz when take out of oven
