Ingredients

    0.25 cup Friendly Farm's Low Fat Cottage Cheese (by DIVA0521)
    2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, shredded
    .15 cup Tillamook Mozzarella Cheese, shredded (by CATOREGON)
    .25 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms, fresh
    .25 cup, chopped Kale
    .25 cup Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce)
    2 oz market pantry jumbo shells (dry pasta) 6 shells per serving (by HITCH27)

Tips

add fresh basil to taste


Directions

prepare noodles in advance and set aside to cool

saute mushrooms and kale in garlic and oil.

mix parmesan cheese and cottage cheese together.

Fill noodles with a spoonfull of the cottage cheese mixture and then the sauteed vegetables.

Spoon sauce over each shell and sprinkle with the mozzarella.

Bake until cheese is molten
