Introduction

Ingredients

    3 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    .34 cup Flour - Gold medal all purpose flour
    .34 cup Milk, 1%
    3 tsp Granulated Sugar
    1 dash Salt
    1 tbsp Butter, salted
    1 cup Blueberries, fresh

Directions

Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Put the butter in the pie plate, and place it in the oven to melt it. In the meantime, place 3 eggs in the blender and liquify for 20 seconds. Add flour, milk, sugar, and salt and liquify for another 20 seconds. When the oven reaches temperature, remove the pie plate and swirl the butter to coat the bottom and up the sides for about an inch. Sprinkle the blueberries in the pie plate, then pour the egg/milk mixture over the berries. Bake for 20 minutes. Sides should rise and the pancake will be a golden brown colour. Cut and serve.
