    4 serving Soup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, Dry
    1 can (10.75 oz) Cream of Mushroom Soup
    8 oz Sliced Mushrooms, fresh
    1.50 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap
    1 cup Rice, white, long-grain, regular, raw, enriched
    24 oz Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast


Cook time may take longer depending on rice.


1) Preheat over 20 325 degrees
2) Spray 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray.
3) Add chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. (Pound down extra thick breasts to 1/2" to 3/4" thick maximum.
4) Pour uncooked rice over chicken and sprinkle with onion soup mix.
5) Layer fresh slice mushrooms over chicken.
6) Combine mushroom soup and 1-1/2 cups of water. Pour over chicken.
7) Cover and bake 1 hour and 15 minutes or until rice is tender.

Serving Size: 4 Servings, 8 oz of Chicken Each
