Ingredients

    0.50 cup Honey
    3 cup Full Circle Organic Toasted Oats
    1 serving Baker's Dipping chocolate, Milk Chocolate
    4 serving Peanut Butter, 365 Organic Creamy Peanut Butter (2 Tbsp)
    1 cup One Degree Vegan Sprouted Brown Rice Crisps
    .5 cup Peanuts, dry-roasted

Directions

Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment.
In a large, microwave-safe bowl, melt together the honey & peanut butter until smooth, about 30 seconds. Stir in cereals and peanuts, stirring well to combine. Spread the mix out into the prepared pan. Pack it tightly. Transfer to freezer and freeze at least 20 minutes.
Remove pan from freezer and cut into 16 bars. Drizzle 3 spoonfuls of melted dipping chocolate over bars. Return to freezer for 15 minutes.

Keep bars stored in freezer or fridge.
