A very moist, yummy muffin even your kids will love...and their healthy too. A very moist, yummy muffin even your kids will love...and their healthy too.
Number of Servings: 18


    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    3/4 cup oats
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon

    2 eggs
    1/2 cup 1% milk
    2 Tbsp. canola oil
    1/2 cup honey or 2/3 cup sugar
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 cup blended white beans
    (blend beans with juice, then measure 1/2 cup)


Mix dry and wet ingredients separately, then combine mixtures, stirring just until moist. Bake in muffin tins at 375 degrees for 13 minutes or until lightly browned.

Makes 18 muffins.
1 Serving = 1 muffin
