    1 CUP CORN MEAL
    1/4 CUP SUGAR
    3/4 tsp SALT
    2 EGGS
    1 CUP BUTTERMILK
    3 tsp BAKING POWDER
    1/2 tsp BAKING SODA
    1/4 CUP BUTTER


    4 serving Oat Bran, Bob's Red Mill High Fiber Oat Bran
    .25 cup Granulated Sugar
    1 cup Cereals, corn grits, yellow, regular, quick, enriched, dry
    2 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    1 cup Buttermilk, lowfat
    .25 cup Butter, unsalted

Directions

WHISK DRY INGREDIENTS. MELT BUTTER. COMBINE BUTTERMILK, BUTTER AND EGGS. COBINE WET AND DRY INGREDIENTS, MIXTIL SMOOTH. POUR INTO GREASED PAN. BAKE 20-25 MINUTES AT 350
