    1 c bulghur
    3 red ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped, juice reserved and added to mix
    1 small onion cut in dices
    juice of 1.5 lemon
    1 c parsley
    6 tbsp olive oil
    salt , pepper


mix all ingredients together and put in the fridge for minimum 2 hs.
the bulghur will fluff up when juice are added.
