    1 Hard Boiled Egg
    1 Tbsp. Miracle Whip Light
    1 Tbsp. Pickle Relish
    1/2 tsp. Paprika
    1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
    1/2 tsp. Yellow Mustard


Remove shell from egg. In a bowl, chop up hard boiled egg (I use a pastry blender and it works great!). Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. I eat this on a multi-grain tortilla with lettuce and tomato and it is delicious!

NOTE: I usually keep some eggs already hard boiled in my fridge, so I didn't include boiling time in the above prep time.
